Established in 1988 all of the wine are made from the aromatic grapes grown on the estate in the nook of the Pisa Mountain Range in the Cromwell Basin over a 80 hectare estate with most of the vines being more than 10 years old.
The Restaurant is known for its locally sourced produce, unique flavours, and well-presented meals along with fantastic wine pairings.
